Al-Qablan holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and he also holds a fellowship from the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA). He previously worked in the General Authority for Zakat and Income, where he held the position of supervisor for auditing Medium and Small Enterprises in the Authority, during which he gained extensive experience in auditing and examination work, and he has skill in dealing with accounting systems. Al-Qablan previously worked as part of a work team at the General Authority for Zakat and Income on implementing a number of projects with the Authority, including: a project to transform to the application of the SAP program and a project to review electronic declarations.

During his work in the General Authority for Zakat and Income, Al-Qablan also participated in representing the Authority before the primary and appellate objection committees and presented many workshops specialized in Zakat applications and the amended Zakat regulations in the chambers of commerce, the Saudi Accountants Forum, and the Zakat and Tax Conference.

Mr. Ahmed Al-Qablan is a partner in Al-Jabr Professional Consultancy Company and works as a manager of transformation projects to an accrual basis in the consultancy sector, where he has unique experience in this field. He supervised a project to support the transformation of 20 government entities from the cash basis to an accrual basis, in addition to his work as head of Zakat and Tax Services.
