Al-Jabr Professional Consultancy Company is headed by the chartered accountant: Abdullah Bin Saud Al-Jabr, who is the founder and CEO of the Company, and is licensed under License No. 563 issued by the Ministry of Commerce.

Abdullah Al-Jabr is considered one of the professional experts in this field, as his educational qualification was mixed with practical experience, as he holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with excellent grades with honors, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration. This strengthened his comprehensive perspective between the precise technical specialization in accounting and the general specialization in the field of Business Administration, in addition to obtaining the SOCPA fellowship. He was also licensed as a bankruptcy trustee under License No. 141073 issued by the Bankruptcy Commission, and his scientific expertise was supported by rich and diversified practical experience. He started his professional career in the office of His Excellency Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Rashed, and he worked on financial consultancy, judicial receivership, liquidation, and the implementation of professional services for a number of government and private entities. He also worked in several government entities and agencies, so he held the position of financial director for a government entity within the Ministry of Energy system during the period from 2013 AD until 2017 AD and he had a contribution in financial and administrative consultancy on related issues from 2017 AD. Al-Jabr supervised the preparation of financial reports at the Ministry of Energy for projects of the United Nations Environmental Protection Program.

During the period 2019 – 2020, he worked as a part-time lecturer in the Accounting Department at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. He also participated in the preparation of the Consultancy Offices Classification Guide through his work in the work team of the Consultancy Offices Committee at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh, and he gave many lectures and workshops with the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants at the Saudi Accountants Forum and the Ithra and Communication initiative with King Saud University, Imam Muhammad bin Saud University, and Princess Nourah University, in addition to participating in providing training courses in the Young Legal Leaders Rehabilitation Program, which is one of Misk’s community initiatives, in cooperation with the Bar Association, with the aim of transferring expertise and enriching knowledge in his field of specialization and expertise, in addition to its representation in a number of committees, including:

• Member of the Steering Committee at the Ministry of Finance for the initiative to transform 20 government entities from a cash basis to the accrual basis of accounting.
• Member of the Audit Committee of the United Company for Investment and Real Estate Development (United).
• Member of the Consultancy Board of the Accounting Department at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
