Mr. Jabr Al-Jabr holds a bachelor’s degree in law from King Saud University. He began his professional career by working in the General Organization for Social Insurance and progressed in career in it. In 1431 AH, he held the position of Director of Legal Affairs until 1440 AH. He also held the position of Senior Consultant in the Office of His Excellency the Governor of the Corporation until 1443 AH, he represented the General Organization for Social Insurance in pleadings before the administrative and general courts and other entities. He contributed to the preparation and audit of the administrative and investment contracts of the Corporation.

Jabr Al-Jabr chaired the Committee for Bid Examination at the General Organization for Social Insurance from 1438 AH until 1443 AH, in addition to his chairmanship of the Committee for Grievances of the Corporation’s Clients for Pension Systems since 1441 AH, and he represented the Corporation in the committees formed in the Experts Authority and the Military Service Council.

Al-Jabr has contributed to a number of committees, projects and amending regulations, as he is a member of the executive committee of the Benefit-Exchange System from 2004 AD to 2015 AD, and a member of the technical committee of the unified system for extending insurance protection to the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries from 2002 to 2015 AD, and he also participated in the preparation of a number of draft regulations, including the civil and military retirement systems, the Benefit Exchange System, the unified system for extending insurance protection to civilians and military personnel in the GCC countries, the preparation of the executive regulations for the leading investment company owned by the Corporation, and the internal regulations of the Public Pension Agency.
